In Komi-Permyak, adverbial subordination can be expressed using sentences that contain non-finite clauses (1)–(2), or sentences with finite subordination only (3)–(4). The non-finite construction can precede (1) or follow (2) the finite clause. In sentences with two finite verbs the subordinate clause may also appear either before the main clause (3) or after it (4) (L. P.).
